Answer: No, our Web Site acts as our Catalog. All we have to offer is listed on our site.

Question: Do you design custom plans?
Answer: No, we spend all our time designing plans that we feel the bulk of the public can use.

Question: I attempted to download the free birdhouse plans and all I came up with is a blank web page.
Answer: Go to our Download Instructions page to learn how to save your plans to your computer.

Question: Can I sell projects built from the use of your plans?
Answer: Yes, in fact this is a great way to create an extra income. We have Customer's that sell Playhouse's and doghouse's to create a little extra income. We do not allow the re-sale of our plans.

Question: Do I have to have Adobe Acrobat Reader to download your plans?
Answer: Yes, this is mandatory, otherwise another program such as Word will try to open the file and will look like chicken scratch. Adobe Acrobat Reader is a wonderful program that allows you to view and print files exactly the way the author intended it to be. If you need Adobe it is a free download. You may download Adobe by clicking the Get Acrobat Reader button and following online instructions.

Question: How much will my new project cost?
Answer: Due to inconsistent lumber prices across the Country we have provided materials lists that you may print out and take to your local Building Center and get an estimate. We can say that you will save money by building it yourself and more importantly the satisfaction you will receive.
